| Support Plans
Support for Quartet DynPEQ is provided by its distributor, Sonic Studio, for its soundBlade workstation. On this website, additional user support will, at the very least, be in the form of an email-based user forum. The outlets to Wholegrain support will be published on this web page.
As the company grows, the support infrastructure will move from email-based to web-based, where registered users will have the option of logging into a support system.
We anticipate that most of the initial product issues we encounter will pertain to interacting with host workstation software. Some of the issues will be intricate and sticky, but be assured we will do everything we can to make DynPEQ work seamlessly with your workstation.

User Manual
A user manual for Quartet DynPEQ should be available from this website when it is ready for release, and the manual will be bundled with the plugin software.

Problem Reporting
When reporting sonic anomalies with Quartet DynPEQ, it is important that the tuning configuration is included in your report. There are several ways to do this.
attach the workstation project file, which should contain the parameter settings
attach a screenshot of the parameter window using /Applications/Utilities/Grab
label and save the active bands in your toolbox and attach the toolbox file, ~/Library/Preferences/com.wholegrain.ds.dpeqbands.plist--keeping in mind that the toolbox is not saved until the plugin is deactivated
In the interest of keeping the length of problem documentation low, try to keep the input sound sources small, on the order of a few seconds. It may suffice to simply describe in detail the input sound and the processed result.
